The Elk Grove Village Hall Council Chambers overflowed with the village’s best, brightest and youngest at the annual Community Character Coalition (CCC) of Elk Grove Youth Celebration program.
The event honored 25 youth, scout and church groups for projects which gave back to the community last year. Every group received a certificate signed by The Mayor and the CCC president.
