Spaghetti Dinner Nets $524 For Community Character Coalition

The Elk Grove Village Community Character Coalition (CCC) held a spaghetti dinner fundraiser Friday night (Feb. 20) to raise money for scholarships.
The Journal & Topics spoke with CCC board member and former Elk Grove Township Supervisor Nanci Vanderweel who said some changes are coming to one longstanding CCC event.
Friday’s dinner netted the CCC $524 after paying Tasty Catering, which prepared and served meals at the event.
